Position Summary: To support and troubleshoot first level field operation calls to Restaurant Help Desk and Support Center for Tijuana Flats restaurants and field operations

 

Position Responsibilities:

1. Conduct appropriate diagnosis/troubleshooting to resolve known issues

2. Has a basic understanding of operational procedures of a single brand and corresponding technical hardware and software 

3. Log all maintenance/calls accurately in the problem management system 

4. Maintain a per hour call answer rate based on departmental objectives  

           

Essential Skills and Experience:

· Provide technical support via email, phone or other methods

· Basic understanding of the organization's systems and services, escalates more complex issues

· Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of related experience

· Basic knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within

· Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job

· Organization skills 

· Beginning oral and written communication skills

· Beginning problem solving ability

· Beginning understanding of computer concepts (PC fundamentals, Operating systems)

· Ability to type 30 words per minute

  • Work schedule:  Our helpdesk is open 7 days a week, so flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends is crucial
  • Work environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate when in office environment; however, occasional site work will require exposure to varying weather conditions and increase exposure to noise  
  • Travel: Some travel will be required to respective stores, in some cases may require nights and weekends
